7ayaa ships worldwide. Free shipping applies to orders over €50.

Delivery estimates

Netherlands: 2–3 business days.

International: 7–14 business days.

Delivery estimates can be affected by the destination, carrier operations, customs or other circumstances outside our control.

Orders under €50

Any applicable shipping rate for orders under €50 is shown at checkout before payment.

Order processing and tracking

Once your order has been accepted, we prepare it for dispatch. Where tracking is available, shipping updates will be sent using the contact details provided with your order.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at info@7ayaa.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment.
