Introduction
At Hayaaclothing, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may take advantage of our return and refund policy. This policy complies with Dutch regulations and applies to all purchases made through our website.
1. Return Conditions
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. The following conditions apply:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.
2. Return Procedure
- Return Request: Email info@7ayaa.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.
- Shipping Instructions: After approval, we will provide return instructions.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive a confirmation email. If the return is approved:
- We will refund the full purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days via the original payment method.
- Returns that do not meet the conditions may result in a partial refund or denial of the refund.
4. Exceptions to the Return Policy
Some products may not be eligible for returns:
- Custom-made items cannot be returned.
- Used or damaged products are not eligible for a refund.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer either:
- A replacement product or
- A full refund, including shipping costs.
