How to measure
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the tape horizontal and comfortably snug.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.
Between sizes?
Choose the smaller size for a closer fit or the larger size for a roomier fit. If your waist and hip measurements point to different sizes, use the larger of the two as your starting point.
